I've been working continuously with Tuesday's Child TV for the past four years and over the last 18 months have been working primarily on developing our Welsh base. This year we opened our Welsh office in Cardiff out of which we're proud to have delivered our first have eight part fixed rig series for BBC Wales. Called 'Full House' it's set in a bingo hall and provide a joyful precinct for relatable and uplifting storytelling. We've also produced a film for the BBC Wales New Directors Initiative and last year we produced an hour long documentary for Channel 4s First Cut series. My role is very much about growing our base here in Wales across the broadcasting sector and developing returnable television formats that reflect Welsh life and stories and the rich diversity in our communities across the country. We are also a company that is committed to helping nurture and develop Welsh talent (both on and off screen).
