I was born without arms & legs as a result of the drug Thalidomide.
I am an Internationally recognised, Award-winning Mouth Painting Artist. Inspirational Speaking & Media Work (TV & Radio). Author & Actor. Contributed to 5 books & published my autobiography “Four Fingers & Thirteen Toes” intertwining my life story with a definitive history of the drug Thalidomide. Performing artist, most recently “The Cardiff Tapes” at Chapter Arts Centre.
Self-taught artist & member of the Mouth & Foot Painting Artists. I favour bright bold colours using acrylic, oils, ink & watercolour. My personal preference is to paint portraits. You may also have seen my work in the background on television or spotted my work on office walls & corridors. The MFPA work is reproduced as cards, wrapping paper & other products. To date 9 of my images have been reproduced in 21 countries.
