Anwen Kya Hayward

I am a queer, neurodivergent writer with an interest in Welsh culture and history. My work usually draws on my background in Myth and Classical Reception, using ancient and established narratives to untangle contemporary ideas about identity. My practice involves unpicking the ways that we understand narrative and story, and how communal myths can be used to tell deeply personal stories.

I have a background in television production, but am looking to move into more written work. I am also a talented editor and story guide, and can work with you to understand the story you want to tell and how to tell it in a way that feels true to you.
