I'm Natasha,
I studied BA & MSC product design at Cardiff Metropolitan University. I'm from Caerphilly but now live in Whitchurch, Cardiff.
I've worked at The Royal Mint in Llantrisant since 2016. I'm part of the Coin Design team, as part of my role I design, 3D model, create programs fit for manufacture and inspect dies and coins.
I have won 3 design coin competitions:
Remembrance Day Coin 2020
Commonwealth Games 2022
King Charles III Coronation 50p Coin 2023 - which is due to enter Circulation soon.
In 2020, I started a company called NATsosimple due to wanted to continue to create after work. The products I create are simple personalised gifts for weddings and other special occasions on Etsy.
Through my business growing I have invested in my company by buying creative equipment (Cricut Machines, Heat press, Sublimation Printer and a Glowforge Laser Cutter) to be able to create more.
I'm looking for new challenges and collaborations to continue to grow in the creative industry.
