About
I am a composer and multimedia/sound artist based in Cardiff.
Since leaving Cardiff University with an M.Mus. in composition, under the guidance of Alun Hoddinott CBE, and an early stint as a session musician & arranger for Dave Stewart’s Anxious Records in London, I have worked as a freelance composer for concert platform, theatre, and film, whilst also pursuing my interests in composition, multimedia sound installation, and sound-art.
About my 'Atgyfodi' installation and performance project:
“There are good things being created and are happening in Wales these days. This is one of them” .
Beti George, BBC Cymru.
About | təʊl |, my collaboration with percussionist Dame Evelyn Glennie:
“That was a wonderful sonic and visual experience! That drone footage of waves is indeed fantastic, and the overlay of them was very effective. I watched it through and then went back and listened (listened only, eyes closed) to the music / soundscape again to pick out more details”.
Matt Nolan of Matt Nolan Custom Instument Design.
