I am currently a student at Cardiff University studying Journalism, soon to graduate in July 2022. Before university I completed an Art Foundation Diploma with a distinction but ultimately chose to pursue a more academic course at university to support my love for writing. Over the duration of my course I have been able to continue growing as a creative and have set up a small business selling commisioned customised shoes and clothing that I paint myself from home. I have recently began to teach myself digital art and am hoping to soon launch a website for my commercial poster designs for people to order. The dream for me would be to eventually grow my business to a point where I am fully self-supporting but that is a long term goal. In the meantime I am on track to graduate with a First class degree and would be interested in doing some free lance journalism, possible for an artistically-led publication. I would also love to put my digital art to use somehow.
