Bigfoot Wales was established in 2006 with the aim of using high quality arts based practitioners and innovative programmes to enrich and extend the curriculum for learners in Wales. Since then, Bigfoot Wales has worked with hundreds of schools across the country and prides itself on delivering unique, exciting projects that have been adapted, or created, to reflect the demands of the Welsh education system.
Popular workshops in Wales include Mabinogion and St David’s Day Storytelling workshops, Film making and Animation, and Living History.
We are extremely excited about the future education changes in Wales and the development of the Creative Learning Plan. It is clear that the arts has a vital role to play in the Welsh education system and Bigfoot Wales, with a team of experienced facilitators and a range of high quality projects, is perfectly placed to support the development of arts in education in Wales.
