The Body Hotel

The Body Hotel is a Dance Movement Psychotherapy company based in Cardiff, Wales. We run a variety of projects to engage people in dance for wellbeing, alongside a private practice branch. We are committed to providing a safe space for embodied self-care, bringing dance therapy to those who may not otherwise be able to participate and those from underrepresented backgrounds.
