National Youth Arts Wales wishes to recruit a full-time Trainee Producer to join the team for 14 months to work across our ensembles and projects.
Prior employment experience is not essential for the role, and the role has been created specifically for young people from lower-income backgrounds.
This post is offered as part of National Youth Arts Wales commitment to encouraging more young people from a diverse range of backgrounds to consider a career in the creative industries. The Trainee Producer role is a fixed term contract for fourteen months and is aimed specifically at a young person who is aged over 20 and under 25 at the time of appointment.
Eligibility
Employment experience is not essential for this post – we are interested in your potential and your other experiences that might make you suitable for this role. There are, however, specific eligibility criterion you must meet:

You must be over 20 and under the age of 25 at the time of your appointment and;

If you are applying as a school or college leaver you must have been in receipt of the EMA for the duration of your studies and have the paperwork to prove it;

If you are applying as a graduate, you must have been in receipt of a full Welsh Maintenance Grant during the full period of your degree and have the paperwork to prove it and;

You must be resident in Wales and have the right to work in the UK.
