We are seeking a Student Voice Manager with experience of working to foster partnership with students in higher education. This new post, based within the Student Engagement Team of Cardiff University’s Learning and Teaching Academy, is key to the delivery of the Way Forward 2018-23 Education and Students strategy and the Education and Students sub-strategy, particularly in relation to ‘student voice’.

As Student Voice Manager, you will manage professional services Student Engagement Officers in the schools, working closely with academic leads, Cardiff University’s Students’ Union and the wider student body, as well as the University’s Communications and Marketing department. You will drive student feedback activity and help to deliver the University’s ambitious strategy for enhancement of the student voice.

You will be responsible for coordinating the University’s approach to student voice, delivering an effective and dynamic institutional-wide student voice strategy in partnership with our staff and students to enhance the learning experience. The role will particularly focus on ensuring students are aware of what happens to their feedback from institutional through to modular level actions, and that their views are valued at Cardiff.
 
You will be a student voice specialist with a talent for working with multiple stakeholders. As an experienced line manager, you will have proven skills in successfully leading and managing your own projects and integrated campaigns, both on and offline, and will preferably have a background in student engagement.
