About the Role and Responsibilities:
The position of Stage Door Receptionist falls within the Business Operations function and plays a key role in ensuring that a first class ‘Warm Welsh Welcome’ is provided for visitors, staff and performers at different levels as well as being responsible for ensuring that a safe and secure environment is in place.
Your role may be subject to a DBS check
Key Requirements:
- Ability to work 7 days a week shift patterns
- Researching and scoping out potential ideas for departmental project and efficiency work.
- Assisting the team and wider business area with the preparation and delivery of project work as and when required.
- Meeting and greeting all visitors, staff and performers with a helpful, courteous and friendly custom.
- Coordinating information for visiting company.
- Receiving incoming telephone queries, ensuring the efficient transferring of calls, taking messages, and dealing with enquiries professionally as required.
- Delivering messages, internal and incoming mail for WMC, resident organisations, and retailers.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to all visitors, staff, and performers.
