Hi, I'm Jane Cook - an independent PR consultant based in Cardiff.
I develop content, PR and social campaigns for clients that range from food festivals, chefs and restaurants; to charities and social enterprises.
Alongside my ‘day job’ as an Independent PR Consultant, I write an award-winning, sustainable food and lifestyle blog called HungryCityHippy, and co-host a local food podcast called Hank! Cardiff.
