The Superchoir Leader & Support role is all about positively impacting choir members with the setup and delivery of feel-great and inspiring choir sessions.
You will need great leadership and teaching skills to establish a new choir and guide members through our uplifting in-house choir arrangements and exciting performances.
You will be supported in your role by a small and passionate team who will provide full training and ongoing support as you start your role as Superchoir Leader & Support.
The position is offered on a self-employed basis with opportunity for additional bonuses.
Our ideal person will:
- Be local to Penarth
- Have great organisational skills
- Have a background in Music and/or teaching
- Be a highly competent vocalist
- Have the ability to energise and lead others
- Have an upbeat and positive attitude
- Have access to a car for session travel
The role will involve:
- Establishing a new choir with support from core team
- Running weekly choir sessions in Penarth
- Sourcing exciting performance opportunities
- Supporting the growth of the choir
