The primary purpose of this position is to provide a knowledgeable and passionate service; to openly welcome all customers. To promote Wales Millennium Centre and its activities through all streams of communication. This role will provide administrative support for the department and the effective use of Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). This position will be expected to work individually and collectively towards the team targets.
