The Customer Experience Team is part of the Business Operations Department and are responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of all public-facing activity.
Made up of a mixture of staff, volunteers and casual workers, we ensure that we deliver an experience that fires imagination and contributes to the organisations values and goals.Customer service is at the core of what we do as well as working with other teams to maximise secondary spend opportunities and ensure the safety of all customers and team members on site.
About the Role and Responsibilities:
A Duty Manager will assist in leading a team of casual staff and volunteers assist to manage the day-to-day operations in order to ensure a world class customer experience.
The activity at WMC can run at varied times, especially over evenings and weekends and a Duty Manager should ensure that team members are motivated, knowledgeable, whilst promoting our vision on shift.
An essential element of this role is to provide a safe environment for all.
