Now, we’re looking for an IT Manager to join our dynamic team and help ensure smooth operations within our IT landscape.
Role Overview:
As an IT Manager at Spindogs, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, stability and functionality of both internal IT systems and external IT client hosting infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include ensuring appropriate documentation and processes are in place that aligns with our Information Security Policy and that adherence to these policies is monitored. Your responsibilities will span from troubleshooting escalated everyday technical issues to contributing to the implementation of new technologies that support our growing business.

Main Responsibilities
- Information Security – governance, policies, processes, training and adherence
- Ensuring we are delivering the services and service levels required to both our internal team members and our customers
- Overseeing and driving forward our IT roadmap as part of a digital transformation project
- Managing escalated IT issues
Skills Required - Essential
- Comfortable in either Windows or Linux systems (preferably some experience with both)
- Experience in Microsoft Server administrator - for example managing Active Directory / Entra ID accounts in a cloud environment
- Willing and able to be in our Cardiff Office 2 days a week
- A willingness to document and capture processes
- Good time management and accuracy
Skills Required – Desirable
- Experience with an MDM such as Microsoft Intune
- ISO27001 experience
- Cyber Essentials certification experience
- Formal IT accreditations
