Emphasis
The Natwest Entrepreneur Accelerator is a fully funded 6 month programme designed to power up entrepreneurs from any sector who want to grow and scale their business across Wales. Entrepreneurs can spend up to 18 months having their business powered up in our hub. Our fully funded hub is a vibrant collaborative environment with desks, presentation space, broadband, printing and tea and coffee. We give access to the local ecosystem of expertise, experience and connectivity. There is also full access to like-minded entrepreneurs to support them and be there through the highs and lows.
Programme
We offer two distinct programmes; a digital content Pre-Accelerate programme for those in the very early stages of building a business. We then have the full Acceleration programme which lasts 6 months and includes full access to the hub.
We provide 1:1 coaching, a bespoke learning journey, expert-led workshops and a thriving community of positive like-minded entrepreneurs.
This is an accelerator. We focus on the key driver of success – the entrepreneur. They are challenged and encouraged by our entrepreneur acceleration managers, who have already supported hundreds of entrepreneurs just like them. We get them to think differently, push them out of their comfort zone and help them to become true leaders so that you can propel their business to the next level.
