At Icon, you’ll be part of an established and supportive team based in our chapel studio in Bassaleg, Newport. Together, we’ll transform marketing ideas into dynamic and visually engaging brand experiences for an exciting mix of clients.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for a Junior Graphic Designer eager to grow and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. If you’ve got a strong foundation in design and a passion for crafting impactful visuals, you could be the perfect fit.
In this role, you’ll:
Bring marketing concepts to life across web, social, video, and print media.
Develop your skills while contributing to branding, campaigns, and website projects.
Work closely with senior team members to refine your layout, artwork, and strategic thinking skills.
What You’ll Need

A Bachelor’s degree in graphic or digital design (or a related qualification).

An interesting portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including digital work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with After Effects is a huge bonus.

Excellent communication skills – articulate your ideas clearly and confidently to team members and clients.

An understanding of current design trends and best practices.

Bonus points for motion graphics and illustration experience!
