Join us for a chance to meet, connect and learn from other creatives, whether you're just starting out or have been working in the industry for decades, at our monthly Creative Cuppa.
Creative Cardiff hosts a gathering for artists, businesses and creative freelancers called Creative Cuppa. These informal events will bring the creative community together for the all-important three Cs - connection, creativity and caffeine.
Each Creative Cuppa event starts with a TED-style talk on a theme that is relevant across all creative sectors, followed by an informal hour to build relationships, share knowledge, and uncover new opportunities.
March's theme: Creating bilingual content
Join us for March's Creative Cuppa at Chapter Arts Centre, where we’ll explore the theme of ‘Creating Bilingual Content’ with Dr Helen Davies of Triongl.
Dr Helen Davies is an experienced bilingual screen professional and academic researcher with over twelve-years’ experience of working in the Creative Industries. Helen currently works as R&D (Research and Development) Project Manager for the production company Triongl leading a development and design team working on innovative technology for the screen industry. As a production company specialising in back-to-back drama production, the process of producing both Welsh and English-language series simultaneously, we believe that innovation hold the key to maintaining a vibrant creative industry sector in Wales.
