Kayleigh leads communications and engagement strategy for Creative Cardiff, a city-wide creative network of more than 3000 members and Clwstwr, a £10 million screen sector innovation programme for South Wales.

Specialising in digital content strategy and creation, Kayleigh has a proven track record of delivering organic growth and brand awareness across multiple platforms through creative and authentic storytelling. She is the host of Get A ‘Proper’ Job, a podcast where creative workers discuss the issues that matter. 

Before working in public relations, Kayleigh was an online and onscreen journalist for Scottish broadcaster STV.
