Lena Elghamry

I am a Photographer, Writer, and Filmmaker. I write pieces around identity, representation, and other topics that I feel are not talked about enough in mainstream media. I have also directed a host of short films surrounding issues I’m passionate about. The lack of representation in the industry is a massive motivational factor in encouraging me to pursue many creative endeavors - more specifically my work tackles issues within the MENA and Muslim communities and also displays themes of single parenthood, identity, and boundaries. I’ve also recently taken up a role as Content Producer at "The New feminist" and write regularly for CroydonFM.
