Tealith is a bubble tea specialist serving you imaginative and colourful teas since 2015. We are an independent, steadily growing business. Currently, we have an e-commerce store and 5 shops in the South of the UK and are looking to open more in the near future.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will reflect all of our brand qualities and will be a creative, open, positive and passionate person, with a strong interest in social media marketing and product photography. The SM Content Creator will work closely with the Marketing Manager and will create high quality, brand enhancing Social Media posts, on Instagram and TikTok.

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week, Flexible days during the week

Location: Cardiff, with post-production work done remotely

Salary: £750-£1000 a month, dependent on experience

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create interesting and on-trend creative content - primarily TikTok videos and Instagram Reels;

· Understand and follow a brief but also come up with new content suggestions;

· Be up to date with the Social Media content creator guidelines and continuously research the best practises;

· Take professional and eye-catching product and lifestyle photos;

· Be resourceful and crafty when creating product photography sets;

· Support the team with event organisation and production; setting up on event day, taking pictures and videos for Social Media, engage with customers.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Based in Cardiff (or able to commute for 1-2 days a week);

A good understanding and knowledge of Social Media platforms especially Instagram & TikTok;

Experienced user of Adobe CC (or similar software);

Ability to work independently and use initiative as well as be a part of a small team;

Solid organisational and time management skills;

A strong interest in Product photography and Marketing;

Have your own photography & video equipment;

Have the right to work in the UK.

OUR HIRING PROCESS

Our hiring process is designed to give you the best opportunity to shine.

First stage: you’ll have a Zoom chat with the Marketing Manager about your background and about the role. There will be time to ask any questions you might have about the role. We'll also ask you to send us links to your work.

Second stage: Following a successful first stage, we will ask you to come into the store and have a mini content creation session and meet some of the team members in person. We’ll discuss the hows and whys of your approach to get an idea of how you like to think and work.

Final stage: If successful, we will catch up online or in person to iron out the final details about the work arrangements and discuss your first assignment.
