We’re on the hunt for a Project Manager to join the Blue Stag herd. You’ll deliver great creative projects across multiple disciplines for our clients, on-time and within budget.
We’re looking for a fantastic communicator, facilitator and organiser. You’ll have a passion for delivering great projects, and you’ll be focused on brilliant customer service.
You should be comfortable in creative and technical conversations. You’ll be a natural people manager and team player, and we’re looking for someone who can focus on the bigger picture as well as the finer details.

What does this job involve?
- Take responsibility for successfully delivering multiple small projects, as well as larger branding, digital and design projects.
- Plan the project timelines, assign responsibilities and manage project sprints using project management tools, including Monday.
- Work closely with the strategy, design and development teams to set up project plans, timelines and capacity calculators.
- Lead daily team stand-ups, track and identify issues, and help to rectify them.
- Ensure products meet our quality standards and acceptance criteria by reviewing and/or testing.
- Run client meetings – agree timelines and scope, communicate progress, creative presentations, and debriefs.
- Create and keep up-to-date project documentation.
- Track, manage and communicate client project budgets.
- Report team progress, time management, and productivity levels.
