We are currently seeking a People Operations Coordinator to coordinate the administrative activities within a fast paced People & Culture Department, working closely with both the People & Culture and the Health & Safety team.
What will be required of you?
In this role, you will be providing comprehensive administrative support for the employment lifecycle and assisting the People & Culture team, including maintaining accurate electronic personnel files covering various aspects of the employee journey, ensuring GDPR compliance, facilitating general administration tasks, document preparation and revision, managing purchase orders and invoices, offering administrative assistance during People processes such as investigations and meetings, contributing to team projects, and extending support to the broader People & Culture team including providing administrative support to the Health, Safety & Wellbeing team when needed. Additionally, the coordination of recruitment activities, from posting job adverts to conducting pre-employment checks, forms a critical part of this role.
What you will need to have?
You should possess a range of valuable skills and experience, including the ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks, demonstrating strong organisational and time-management skills, as well as proficiency in administration. Experience with iTrent® HR information systems is a must, along with an excellent eye for detail and IT skills, and an adherence to data protection, confidentiality and GDPR principles. You should also be a confident communicator, both in writing and verbally, capable of collaborating within a team or working independently.
