We are seeking to recruit a Marketing and Creative Programming Assistant to support the work of the busy Audiences Marketing and Creative Programming team responsible for the delivery of over 500 performance events per annum in our purpose-built Cardiff arts centre and partner venues in Cardiff and beyond. The College’s Creative Programme encompasses both music and drama events, classical and contemporary, self-produced work by our companies of student performers as well as high profile visiting artists and companies.

The Marketing and Creative Programming Assistant plays a vital role in the delivery of the programme, assisting with the marketing and co-ordination of all performances and events promoted and produced by the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.

The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama (RWCMD) provides pioneering performance-based training to over 800 of the most talented actors, musicians, stage technicians, scenic designers and arts managers from more than 40 countries. It is also one of Cardiff's most prolific and popular arts venues attracting audiences of over 60,000 each year. It is based at the stunning landmark building in the heart of Cardiff, overlooking beautiful, urban parkland just a 5-minute walk to the city centre.
