Head of Commercial Content Fund
S4C is looking for a Head of Commercial Content Fund to work within S4C to maximise the commercial opportunity for and return from S4C commissions, working closely with S4C commissioning teams and independent production companies. The role will be responsible for the operation and success of S4C’s Commercial Content Fund.
Your main duties will include acting as an authoritative source of commercial content expertise for the S4C Group, overseeing S4C’s Commercial Content Fund with accountability for its performance and developing a visible presence in the industry by building a network of production and funding partners, and promoting the S4C Group.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this role.

Further Details
Location: S4C has offices in Carmarthen, Cardiff and Caernarfon. In addition, it offers hybrid working. You will be expected to travel to wherever S4C reasonably requires, from time to time.
Salary: Salary plus bonus dependant on experience
Contract: Permanent
Probation Period: 6 months
Hours: 35.75 hours per week. Flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role including some weekend and on-call hours.
Holidays: In addition to statutory bank holidays, you will be entitled to 26 days paid annual leave, which runs from 1 January. (Please note that the annual leave will be pro rata if working part time).
Pension: Paid staff are entitled to join a Group Personal Pension Scheme subject to the terms of any existing scheme which is amended from time to time. If you are a member of the Group Personal Pension Scheme, S4C will contribute 10% of your basic salary to the Scheme. You will be expected to contribute 5%.
