Be responsible for transactional tasks within the finance team, in particular ensuring sales are correctly input into the finance system, bank reconciliations are completed on a daily basis and purchase and sales invoices are posted to the system in a timely manner. Deal with any procurement and internal journals. Splitting tasks as necessary with a second Finance Assistant whilst also being a point of cover for other finance roles as required.
