Boom is seeking a dynamic, experienced Drama Development Executive to drive its English language scripted slate across a diverse range of genres and projects. You will have already built up relationships with key commissioners and agents and be passionate about finding and developing new, established and under-represented authentic writing talent from Wales and beyond. Your highly analytical editorial skills will complement impactful and eye-catching writing skills. You’ll be a generous team player as you lead your own projects while supporting others to develop their own. This is a brand new opportunity for an ambitious, collaborative individual wishing to make their mark within a supportive creative environment. Based Cardiff but flexible working / WFH can be considered. The ability to speak Welsh is not essential for this role.
