With a stellar 4.9-star rating on Trustpilot and recognition from Capterra as a Category Leader in customer support, TicketSource is seeking a new manager for our Customer Success Team who delivers Oscar-worthy service to our event organisers and ticket-buying customers.
Our Customer Success Team plays a crucial role in representing TicketSource and fostering relationships with ticket buyers and event organisers alike. The team helps customers book event tickets, responds to booking enquiries, and provide support to event organisers in their use of the TicketSource platform. As Customer Success Manager you are responsible for managing the department and providing support, leadership, and setting standards to enable the team to achieve the dizzying heights of excellence in our support delivery – our competitive advantage and what sets TicketSource apart from our competitors!
Experience of working in a box office or ticketing environment is essential in addition to supervisory or management experience. You will demonstrate outstanding customer service and client conflict resolution and have ideas on how to elevate the TicketSource customer service to achieve a 5.0-star overall rating on Trustpilot (yes, this is virtually impossible, but we are up for a challenge!).

This is a middle-management position that is full-time and office-based in Penarth (remote work is not currently available). The standard working hours are 9 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday however, some out-of-hours work will be required to cover rota issues (until 7pm on weekdays, Saturday 9am – 5pm or one-hour remote cover on Sunday). The salary for this role is £30,000 with access to the profit share scheme after probation.
