Job Overview

Tramshed Tech is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Community Executive to support our growing presence across Cardiff, Barry and Newport. This is a swing role, meaning you'll work flexibly across our three locations to deliver outstanding service, maintain high standards across all community touchpoints, and play a vital role in nurturing our vibrant member network.

This is a high-profile and hands-on role, suited to someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys variety, and is passionate about supporting others. You’ll be the face of our community at each site—helping members feel welcome, ensuring smooth operations, and keeping our spaces running like clockwork.

You’ll report to the Community Manager and work closely with teams across Tramshed Tech to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, tenants, and visitors at all Tramshed Tech locations you cover.

  • Act as a key ambassador for the community function—ensuring professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency at every touchpoint.

  • Ensure front-of-house and communal areas are welcoming, clean, and reflective of the Tramshed Tech brand.

  • Support all day-to-day operations including:

    • Reception duties and visitor management

    • Member onboarding and support

    • Sales administration and virtual memberships

    • Facilities coordination and postal handling

    • General admin and housekeeping

  • Assist with events, workshops, and networking sessions as needed.

  • Use our management platform (Nexudus) to support daily operations and improve member experiences.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the community experience and internal processes.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity across sites.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members—supporting a culture of collaboration, positivity, and innovation.

About You

  • A people person who’s confident, friendly, and solution-focused.

  • Excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills.

  • Comfortable adapting to new environments and working across multiple sites.

  • Passionate about community, events, and making people feel at home.

  • Tech-savvy with a good grasp of admin systems (experience with Nexudus is a plus, but not essential).

  • Flexible, reliable, and comfortable with a changing schedule.

General Expectations

  • Be a positive, professional representative of Tramshed Tech at all times.

  • Maintain high standards of customer care and attention to detail.

  • Commit to personal development and professional growth.

  • Follow all company policies, including Health & Safety and Code of Conduct.

  • Actively support an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team culture.

  • Willing to attend team meetings, training sessions, and occasional out-of-hours events.

Health & Safety

All work must be carried out in line with Tramshed Tech’s Health & Safety Policy. Community Executives are expected to maintain clean, tidy, and hazard-free environments and report concerns to management.
