CelAction2D has been used for many original TV series, features and short films for over 25 years. Its unique interface presents both challenges and opportunities. It is an excellent pipeline tool, and is used for some of the top pre-school shows both in the UK and abroad. Cath has been using CelAction since it’s very first show and has a deep understanding of every aspect of the software.
Using both simple and more complicated rigs, we will be learning movement, acting, copying and pasting action, and how characters interact with props and backgrounds. Learn to dig deep into rigs containing limbers (bendable elements) and moveable paths. Finesse your acting with overlap and subtle inbetweens. Find out how to use sound and lip-sync, and take a look at CelAction’s rigging side. Also, we will explore Graphic Effects from CelAction’s extensive menu.
