Thania is a lecturer, performer, choreographer and dance movement psychotherapist from Puerto Rico. Thania currently works as a lecturer in dance and physical theatre at the University of South Wales in Cardiff, which she balances with her artistic work in Wales and Scotland. As a workshop facilitator, Thania focuses on work with the LGBT+ community, embodied decision-making, dance movement psychotherapy, interdisciplinary arts, violence prevention and movement for wellbeing.
