An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, creative and resourceful Digital Communications Officer to join Cynnal Cymru – Sustain Wales.
Cynnal Cymru – Sustain Wales is the leading independent sustainable development organisation in Wales. We exist to accelerate progress towards a just, prosperous and low-carbon future.
As a small and innovative charity operating within the WCVA Group, Cynnal Cymru challenges traditional thinking and promotes more sustainable solutions to deliver real change across Wales and beyond.
Working with our cross-sector members and wider network, we set the agenda and identify opportunities for action on sustainable development; support our members and communities of practice with their sustainability agendas; and share knowledge through training and consultancy work. We are the official partner of the Carbon Literacy Project in Wales and the real Living Wage Accreditation body for Wales.
Our small team delivers wide-reaching work touching on many agendas including climate change and decarbonisation, sustainable travel, renewable energy, affordable housing, the Foundational Economy, in-work poverty, management of natural resources and much more.
Cynnal Cymru is in an exciting phase of introducing a new membership offer and expanding its network of partners, including the creation of an online training site and a series of tools and resources for the Foundational Economy in Wales.
We would like to hire a Digital Communications Officer to support us through its next phase to ensure we are driving and accelerating action on sustainable development in Wales and beyond.
