Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours of Work: Casual

Type of Contract: Casual to cover Christmas period

About WMC/Our Department:

Our customer operations team have an exciting opportunity for seasonal retail and customer experience assistants to join our team,

The team have just completed the most exciting year to date, launching a world leading Gala dinner for our 20th anniversary, alongside celebrating the first birthday of our brand new Ffrwnais space. As we enter our 21st year, we have exciting plans which include launching a brand-new retail store that will be the retail hub of Cardiff Bay in the summer of 2025.

About the Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for customer service who will be required to work in both front of house sales points, selling programmes, merchandise in and around our brand-new luxury gifting shop to join our team.

You will be expected to achieve the Wales Millennium centre mission – to create an unimagined experience. Consistently meet or exceed the financial, operational, and visual expectations of the company.

Your role may be subject to a DBS check
