Breakthrough Theatre Arts C.I.C
Who We Are
Breakthrough Theatre Arts CIC (BTA) is a Cardiff-based community interest company dedicated to providing accessible and inclusive performing arts education to young people aged 4-16, regardless of socio-economic background or ability. BTA offers a range of programs, including drama, dance, and musical theatre classes, as well as specialised programs for neurodivergent adults and outreach initiatives like the Cardiff Schools Theatre Festival.
BTA addresses the significant gap in access to quality arts education for children and young people, particularly those from disadvantaged areas and those with disabilities. Our programs foster creativity, build confidence, and enhance well-being through high-quality, process-led arts education. We prioritise inclusivity, adapting our teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of our students and creating a welcoming environment for all.
