About this role
As Relationship Manager - Night Out, you’ll play a key role in bringing professional arts experiences to communities across Wales. Working with the Head of Engagement and Communities, you’ll lead on the scheme’s delivery, build strong partnerships with community promoters and venues, and ensure Welsh Language, Diversity, Inclusion, and Climate Justice are embedded throughout your work.
About you
We are seeking a passionate advocate for community-led arts, with experience supporting local events and building trusted relationships. Energetic and visible, you understand the power of the arts to bring people together and are committed to making high-quality creative experiences accessible in every part of Wales.
Welsh language
Everyone’s story with the language is different and we recognise that levels of ability and confidence vary from person to person. We are looking for an individual who understands the culture of the country; the varied relationship of the people of Wales with the Welsh language and who is committed to developing innovative use of the Welsh language both linguistically and culturally within the Arts Council and the wider sector. Learning Welsh language skills will be necessary when appointed. We will ensure you receive relevant support to increase or learn Welsh language skills
