They will advocate and promote the College’s vision and values and be line-managed by the Director of Music.

We nourish our future professionals, so they push new boundaries and make their mark in the creative industries, aspiring to brilliant careers. The future starts here.
We are committed to creating a workforce that is representative of society. Currently, people from ethnically diverse communities, those who self-identify as disabled, neurodiverse and transgender, and Welsh speaking individuals are under-represented, so we are keen to hear from candidates from these under-represented groups.
Based in Cardiff, RWCMD are seeking an energetic, experienced individual of the highest calibre, to make a major contribution to the future of the College.
The Music Department, led by Director of Music Tim Rhys-Evans, encompasses undergraduate and postgraduate courses in music and opera. All Music programmes at RWCMD ensure that our students are challenged to become artists who are not only concerned with excellence in their individual practice, but also as active musical collaborators who are socially responsible contributors to a wider society.
