Are you someone with the skills and abilities to support and collaborate with a range of theatre makers to bring their ideas to life through backstage production?

Are you a skilled theatre technician or manager who can lead and support creative teams to realise work of the highest artistic and technical standards?

Are you passionate about finding new ways of making theatre environmentally sustainable and sharing knowledge and skills across the live production industry?

Role Summary

Working closely with the Head of Production and members of the wider team, the Production Manager will lead on processes that ensure the delivery of productions of the highest technical and artistic standards, while prioritising staff welfare, health and safety and risk management.

This role will support the Head of Production to deliver on NTW’s strategic commitment to place environmental sustainability at the heart of its productions.

The Production Manager will also participate in a range of initiatives aimed at advancing Welsh theatre and live event makers.

Full time, permanent contract.

Salary: £35-38K per annum depending on experience
Deadline: 5pm on 26 November
Interviews: Week commencing 6 December
