The Role:
Support the reactive digital and marketing teams in the delivery of our strategies by creating and developing written content for our digital channels and website
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce written content for web and digital this will including landing pages, article content, emails and supporting our marketing and channels managers in the development of reactive campaigns
- Collaborate with our organic search teams to create and refresh content
- Collaborate directly with our channel managers to develop new and interesting content
- Support our designers and developers to deliver digital projects from initial concept through to final delivery
- Research current and historical topics, elevating and suggest ideas for our content calendar
- Collaborate with our data analysts to report and gather insight from our content
- Make decisions on behalf of the team and elevate where appropriate
- Ensuring our brand tone of voice is adhered to

Desirable Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- You will have experience as an online content writer or editor
- Superb copywriting and proofreading skills, with fine attention to detail
- Have a working knowledge of SEO best practice for content production
- Working knowledge of content management systems
- Experience in developing written content with historical and factual context
- Experience in developing content and written CTAs for digital channels
