Helen Jones

I am the Welsh Language Policy Advisor for the CITB and I am currently writing the Welsh Language Scheme for the organisation. My role is to ensure that the Welsh language is not treated less favourably than the English language and therefore, I ensure that all CITB services and resources are available bilingually to the public in Wales.
The organisation I work for is the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) which features offices in Wales, England and Scotland. It's our job to work with industry to encourage training, which helps build a safe, professional and fully qualified workforce. I am looking for creative ideas and contacts to build the Welsh language element of the organsiation.
