Managing Up — strategies for negotiating

What is it about? 

This online workshop focuses on how to have successful conversations with your senior colleagues. You will gain the confidence you need to prepare a persuasive business case, pitch proposals and gain buy-in for your ideas. You’ll also get the chance to polish up your negotiation skills using realistic scenarios.
