Job Description 

  • Booking in actors for auditions via phone and email
  • Entering auditions and jobs into the online diary
  • Building relationship with clients and casting directors
  • Recording actors auditions to send to various casting directors
  • Answering the telephone in a polite manner, directing the call as needed
  • General office duties, filing etc
  • Helping out at castings, printing scripts, reading-in etc
  • General admin duties, photocopying etc

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence when working with Microsoft Office
  • Good telephone manner and online research skills
  • Able to use initiative when working alone
  • Can-do attitude
  • Team player

Desirable Criteria

  • Passion for the entertainment industry
  • Background working in the arts
  • Basic understanding of casting process
