About the role
We’re looking for a positive and self-motivated individual to join our growing team and Life Science Hub Wales. This role will involve taking ownership of our bilingual social media channels and digital communications using our brand guidelines and tone of voice, to grow engagement, followers and increase engagement across industry, health and social care. The role will require creativity, an extensive knowledge of social media marketing and current trends.

The post holder will be a confident and competent Welsh speaker and communicator, supporting the Head of Communications and PR (HCPR) in the development and delivery of social and digital communications strategies and action plans.

They will be familiar and comfortable with the current digital landscape, developing creative ways to engage audiences with the purpose and aims of the organisation. They will be required to use scheduling tools and plug-ins to plan content in advance, as well as be proactive on social media by managing social media accounts in a helpful, responsive and friendly manner.
