We are looking for a new team member to join our customer support team! The perfect candidate would have a passion for all things IT, be good at customer service, be great at problem solving and be great at multi-tasking. A candidate who works well as part of a team, as well as using their own initiative to work individually, would be essential.

The candidate will need to have excellent computer skills and at least a basic knowledge of either Linux or Windows Server management.


  • Providing IT support for
    • our internal office environment to colleagues (we are happy to upskill)
    • for developers on servers, version control and deployment
    • for clients to help get to the bottom of potentially technical issues they are experiencing
  • Working as part of the support team, handling and managing a variety of client support requests
  • Acting as a liaison point between the client and the development teams
  • Making sure clients' requests are managed quickly and efficiently
  • Communicating with clients and colleagues in a clear and concise way
  • Ensuring any work carried out is in line with SLAs and budgets
  • Ensuring that completed work is of a high quality
  • Providing a positive experience for all who call or get in contact with Spindogs

We are looking for someone that has:

  • An appreciation that there is no "I" in team
  • Great communication skills
  • Fast learner - you don't need to be told the same thing twice
  • An eagerness to request more work if you run out
  • A commitment to their own personal and professional development
  • An interest in IT
  • Comfortable using Excel
  • Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server
