Introduction

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager / Producer to join our team based in Cardiff. This is an exciting role in a fast-paced agency environment, where you’ll be helping our team to stay on track, organised and delivering our projects on-time and within client’s and management’s expectations. As a small but fast-growing team, with an additional bank of freelancers, we’re hiring for this role to help take us to the next stage of effective project management, communication and project delivery. 

The position is full-time at 5 days per week, paid a salary between £20,000 to £26,000 depending on experience.

The role will initially report to the Managing Director, as well as our senior team members in design and development.

Work times are flexible and negotiable.

You are entitled to 28 days holiday per year, including Bank Holidays.

Have experience with project management or digital production.

Be analytical, handle multiple moving components with good attention to detail.

Be self-motivated, positive under pressure and have a strong personal drive to deliver quality.

Quick and keen to learn, as well as to implement new processes. We love change!

Be approachable yet assertive, able to communicate with the team and clients.

Be clear in giving instructions to the team and explanations to clients.

Liaise between account managers and production team.

Not stick to normal 9-5 hours.


Your skills and experience:

Knowledgeable of project management, digital design and development processes.

A passion for organisation.

Comfortable with Apple Mac and easily adaptable to mastering softwares (project management specific).

Experience in dealing with teams of different sizes with creative and technical people (ability to keep on top as expand).

Knowledgeable on current web technologies and standards.

Comfortable at being challenged to learn new technologies

Strong attention to detail and dependability.
