We are looking for a new team member to join our customer support team! The perfect candidate would have a passion for good customer service, be great at problem solving, have brilliant organisation and time management skills, and have an interest in all areas of the digital industry, specifically web development. A candidate who works well as part of a team, as well as using their own initiative to work individually, would be essential.

The candidate must be ready to work in a fast paced, diverse, fun environment, making sure that support requests are managed quickly and efficiently. They must be a good problem solver willing to investigate requests and find out potential causes of reported issues. They must be willing to learn and have an interest in how websites work.

We are looking for a people person who is enthusiastic, proactive, able to manage situations calmly and positively, and is also confident communicating with a variety of clients on a regular basis. The role is highly flexible and the ability to adapt skills and manner based on the situation would be necessary.

The candidate will need to have excellent computer skills and be able to think on their feet and handle disruptions to their workflow effectively. 


  • Working as part of the support team, handling and managing a variety of client support requests
  • Acting as a liaison point between the client and the design and development teams
  • Making sure clients' requests are managed quickly and efficiently
  • Carrying out some of the common support requests, such as small website changes and image editing
  • Communicating with clients and colleagues in a clear and concise way
  • Ensuring any work carried out is in line with SLAs and budgets
  • Ensuring that completed work is of a high quality
  • Providing a positive experience for all who call or visit Spindogs

We are looking for someone that has:

  • An appreciation that there is no "I" in team
  • Great communication skills
  • A calm, organised and methodical mind-set
  • Fast learner - you don't need to be told the same thing twice
  • An eagerness to request more work if you run out
  • A commitment to their own personal and professional development

Nice to haves:

  • An interest in IT
  • Comfortable using Excel
  • Any experience using Linux or Windows Server
