Thanks to our continuing growth, we are looking to recruit a full-time, Customer Services Manager to oversee our Client Support and Telephone Box Office Teams. With a focus on delivering outstanding service to our clients, the successful candidate will have a strong record in nurturing and supporting a team to deliver a world-class customer experience and will be able to demonstrate excellent coordination, communication and trouble-shooting skills. A passion for theatre, arts or culture is a must and an understanding that some out-of-hours work will be required.
