Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a creative and vibrant team in the heart of a modern organisation. Working to the Senior Campaigns Manager, you will be creating Companies House external communications campaigns. 

Role of advertised post within team 
You will lead on some of our most cutting-edge projects, using techniques such as behavioural insights. Working alongside the web content designers, digital content creators and social media lead, you will create engaging and impactful campaigns using the OASIS model. 
You will develop and implement campaigns to: 
• promote the use of Companies House products and services 
• improve compliance rates 
• improve the uptake of digital filing 

For this role, you’ll need to have professional communications experience. 
You’ll work with others in the communications team and the wider business to identify opportunities to influence our customers to achieve our strategic objectives. 
As a team player, you’ll be able to guide others in capturing insight, devising campaign plans and creating content that brings our strategic campaigns to life. 
You’ll also help to ensure all campaign activity is thoroughly, and regularly monitored, evaluated and reported on. 

About the Team 
There are 25 professionals in the Companies House communications team. We have skills in campaigns, design, events management, digital publishing, internal comms, stakeholder engagement, behaviour change and media management.

• Plan, deliver and evaluate campaigns to achieve agreed objectives 
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal 
• Interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
• Analytical skills to evaluate impact of campaign activity 
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities 
• Ability to work on own initiative and quickly grasp complex issues 
• Identifying innovative and creative approaches to communications challenges
