The role

As Campaigns & Advocacy Manager you will lead the design, delivery and monitoring of Oxfam’s campaigns and advocacy output in Wales, including supporter communications and engagement, ensuring consistency with global and UK objectives and messaging. You will also deputise for the Head of Oxfam Cymru as required.

What we are looking for

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people centred leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering change through campaigns and advocacy. You will also have sound understanding of the external context in Wales, and ability to identify opportunities for political influence along with track record of delivering effective advocacy strategies, with sound political judgment.
