Creative professionals – from designers and web developers to marketers and photographers - are integral to any business functioning successfully and, at the aggregate level, to the wider economy. But how do organisations not principally operating within the creative sector truly embed creatives into their workforce and get the best from them?

We’ll hear case studies from Dwr Cymru Welsh Water, Admiral and Cardiff Airport on how they hire, retain and professionally develop embedded creatives in their organisations to achieve business outcomes.

Introduced by Professor Ian Hargreaves, chaired by Director of Creative Cardiff Sara Pepper and with closing remarks from BBC Wales business correspondent Brian Meechan, this business breakfast will explore how to deploy creativity to increase productivity and competitive advantage.
